NCERT Books Online
My 12 year old niece pointed out to me today that complete texts of CBSE books are available online in PDF form. http://www.ncert.nic.in/textbooks/testing/Index.htm CS books are conspicuous by their absence.

Interesting, nevertheless.

Complete texts? I tried downloading a couple of the Social Sciences books (I liked my 10th standard History book back in the day and wanted to see how it has changed) but only got the contents page in the PDF. Nothing else.

I forgot to post that the links in the PDF are not being handled well when downloaded/views with firefox. As pointed out by another person, the links are accessible through links in the contents PDF.

I resorted to a wget myself. sample url: http://www.ncert.nic.in/book_publishing/NEW BOOK 2007/Class7/science/ch_xx.pdf
